Almont House

Our Property

The Almont House has over 4700 square ft, 5 bedrooms and 4 baths and comfortably sleeps 10 people. The main level features a beautiful A-frame great room opening onto a large wrap around deck that overlooks the scenic Taylor River. The adjoining kitchen/dining area is fully equipped with a 4 burner Jenn-air gas range, full sized refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and comfortably seats 10. There are two king suites on the main level. The master bedroom is located on the river side and features a king bed, native stone fireplace, double vanity, large walk-in closet, large walk-in shower and a Jacuzzi whirlpool bath. The Jr. master is beautifully decorated and has a king bed with attached bath/shower. There are two queen bedrooms on the upper level with a ¾ bathroom, library and an pop-out viewing area for wildlife watching. The lower level has one bedroom with a queen bed and a bunk bed (twin/full) with a ¾ adjoining bathroom. The large game room has a TV, pool table, air hockey, darts and other games and opens to an exercise room with a hot tub and treadmill. The backyard is privacy fenced and a great place for kids to play or enjoy an evening outdoors at the fire pit. The paved steps down to the private dock provide guests with easy access to some of the best trout fishing on the Taylor.
